Role Description
Looking for a role where you can make a real impact without full-time hours? This is a hybrid, part-time role located in Port Lincoln, SA (remote/offsite options considered), with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the organisation, with key responsibilities including managing budgets, preparing financial reports, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily tasks involve supervising accounts, liaising with external auditors, optimising financial processes, and providing strategic financial insight to support organisational goals.
Qualifications
* Degree-qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance; or equivalent experience.
* Hands-on experience with Xero/MYOB and strong Excel skills.
* Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience in SMEs or not-for-profits, with knowledge of ACNC reporting and grants accounting.
