Administrative Coordinator Role
Catholic Education NT operates a network of schools across the Northern Territory, catering to Early Learning to Secondary students. Our schools embody values of Wisdom, Justice, Courage, Compassion, and Love.
This role is integral to the Catholic Identity & Mission team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support by managing meetings, events documentation digital platforms accreditation and study incentive processes. This position plays a pivotal part in delivering Catholic Identity and Mission initiatives across CENT.
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support including correspondence document management record keeping and stakeholder communication.
2. Coordinate networks committees meetings retreats professional learning events including agendas minutes presentations logistics bookings and follow-up actions.
3. Administer digital platforms systems including CI&M pages on Our CENT Religious Education dashboard calendars TryBooking Zoom maintain accurate records ensure efficient data flow.
