About The Role 
Drive sales success for off the plan projects. 
Leverage your understanding of project marketing principles and off-the-plan sales. 
Manage project displays according to company\'s arrangements. 
Build trust with diverse buyers, including investors, owner-occupiers, downsizers, and first-home buyers. 
Be able to qualify/understand the needs and requirements of the customer and be able to provide the right sales solution. 
Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry right through to settlement always ensuring a robust relationship with customers. 
Be able to confidently achieve and exceed sales targets. 
Proactively manage/follow up all leads and be the ambassador for the project brand and company. 
Relevant reporting on sales and lead activity to the Supervisor. 
Provide support with resales/2nd hand sales as needed. 
Work in a company that values performance and balance, fostering a positive work environment. 
About You 
Proven experience in a similar Project Marketing essential. 
Solid communication and listening skills coupled with superior negotiation skills. 
Strong ability to network and build strong stakeholder relationships. 
Be resilient, possess a strong work ethic, and a winning mentality.
