These roles are critical in delivering next-generation air traffic management systems and modernising key aerodrome facilities. Your new role
Senior Engineering Specialist
Provide technical leadership and ensure the readiness of complex systems throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation phases. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, manage engineering governance, and support integration and verification activities.
Project Technical Lead
Lead technical delivery for a significant infrastructure project, overseeing system integration, engineering assurance, and compliance. You will manage technical review gates, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure robust configuration and risk management processes.
* Act as the technical point of contact for engineering matters.
* Provide leadership and guidance across design, development, testing, and verification activities.
* Manage technology change processes, configuration management, and risk identification.
* Prepare and review engineering documentation, including governance and test plans.
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and system management frameworks.
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree in Engineering or Information Technology (or equivalent).
* Air traffic management experience or similar (c4i)
* Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and technical leadership.
* Strong knowledge of real-time systems, distributed architectures, and configuration management.
* Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
* Ability to obtain and maintain NV1 Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
* (Highly desirable) Eligibility for Professional Engineer registration (RPEQ) or Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
