About You
We're searching for a driven, analytical, and forward-thinking Inventory Planning Manager to lead our national inventory strategy.
If you're passionate about using data to guide decisions, streamline processes, and ensure stock flows seamlessly across multiple sites, this role offers the chance to make a big impact.
About the Role
The Inventory Planning Manager ensures LSC's stock is optimally purchased and positioned across all sites by using strong data and metrics to maximise availability, minimise costs, and support both customer satisfaction and the company's financial performance.
What you will bring
3 – 5+ years in inventory planning, supply chain, purchasing, or similar
Leadership of inventory planning and stock optimisation across all multiple sites
Oversight and improvement of inventory KPIs, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
Collaboration with Purchasing, Operations, and other key teams to support demand planning
Enhanced supply chain visibility, including improved lead times and ETA performance
High-quality master data management within inventory systems
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process enhancement
Strong leadership, coaching, and development of team members
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in inventory planning, supply chain or procurement
Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills
Confident working with ERP systems and reporting tools
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Experience with S&OP, demand planning, and forecasting
Continuous improvement and process-improvement experience
Industry exposure to distribution or multi-site environments
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related fields
