Join our Stockland Sales team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout their home buying journey as a Sales Associate. This is your chance to build a rewarding career in property sales with one of Australia's leading property developers.
Someone that is looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, paving the way for a robust property career. This position will enable you to grow and learn from the entire sales cycle, working closely with your Sales Professionals. Take an active part in supporting across all stages of the sales process and through the customer's journey, located at our development site, Stockland Alkimos Vista in Alkimos.
This is a permanent, full-time position, 5 days/week (including weekends), with allocated days off during the week. With a competitive salary package (base + super), you'll also have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses and commission.
What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for all sales and after sales inquiries, providing initial guidance before passing on to your Sales Professionals
* Manage incoming enquiries via phone, emails, website and walk-ins
* Play a key role supporting the team in achieving sales targets, through assisting in keeping sales pipeline moving, tracking leads, supporting sales targets and helping minimise cancellations
* Keep potential purchasers informed about new releases, events and promotions
* Support the sales team with contract administration and CRM updates

You're customer-focused, eager to learn, and looking to establish yourself in a long-term career. You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in creating positive experiences for every customer.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Background in customer service, sales support or administration – ideally in property, real estate, home builders, or alternatively in industries where daily face-to-face customer interactions are a key part of your role
* Proficiency in delivering high-quality administrative tasks and being tech savvy
* Attention to detail is key, as is your strong organisational skills, effective time management and the ability to demonstrate initiative
* Motivation to work independently or as part of a team
* Reliable transport and full drivers' licence are required to commute to/from work
* Currently holding, or be willing to obtain a Real Estate Sales Representative registration
