As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future learning journeys. Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational programme and share best practices. Organise and participate in school events and activities that promote community involvement. Maintain accurate records of children’s development and behaviour. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders regarding children’s progress and needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. 2 Years Experience in 3 Year Old Kindergarten in a Long Day care Setting Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
