**The Role & Project**
MACA currently has an opening for an experienced **Transport and Logistics Manager** working out of our conveniently located office in Welshpool, close to all major transport arteries.
The Transport and Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring effective systems, processes, standards and KPI's are maintained. The role will encompass Mobilisation and management of MACA owned transport and as required site visits-audits to assist planning project mobilisation and demobilisations. You will also manage and maintain all transport movements between Central Warehouse/Suppliers/Sites and the warehouse and staff in our central dispatch warehouse.

**You will have**:
- A comprehensive understanding of the transportation industry, including knowledge of legislation, regulations, supply chain management and best practices.
- An excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Degree qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or similar
- Experience in managing supply chain operations in energy or major construction industry environments.
