We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion across key Tasmanian markets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic growth plans for fund distribution across key markets
* Strengthen and energize existing referral relationships with adviser groups, law firms, accountants, and institutions
* Establish new alliances to expand retail investor reach
* Represent the company at industry events, forums, and partner roadshows
* Collaborate with investment, lending, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client journeys
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in funds management distribution, BDM, or investment advisory roles
* RG146 compliant with deep understanding of income funds and managed investments
* Track record of exceeding growth targets and building lasting relationships
* Working knowledge of AML/CTF, KYC, and compliance frameworks
* Confidence, credibility, and polish in stakeholder engagement
