Irizar Asia Pacific is seeking a motivated Service Administrator to join us on a full-time basis. This new role will be key to growing our service business, working alongside the National Service Manager to create offers and implement best practice processes and communication to our customer base.
Duties & responsibilities:
* Create and close job cards with support of the Service Manager
* Process customer invoicing accurately and efficiently
* Communicate with customers as required to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Co-ordinate the field team across capital cities nationwide
* Plan daily and weekly work programs with the Service Manager
* Issue purchase orders and organise sub-contractors where required
* Liaise with the Irizar factory for internal repair works
* Work with our QA & Warranty department on field issues
* Maintain accurate databases and process parts ordering
* Create and process credits where needed
Qualifications & capabilities:
* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle diverse inquiries
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
* Keen organisational skills with ability to efficiently prioritise conflicting tasks
* Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
