Maintenance Coordinator Role
This is a challenging opportunity to oversee the execution of projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. You will be responsible for managing work packages within Naval and Commercial projects.
You will coordinate with Managers, Project Managers, and Supervisors to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills in complex industrial environments, previous Superintendent experience, and knowledge of costing, technical proposals, and financial processes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project execution and manage client relationships
* Coordinate trade supervisors and subcontractors to meet project timelines
* Monitor workplace safety and implement corrective measures
* Analyse labour hours and material costs to meet financial targets
* Ensure compliance with quality and technical standards
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* Strong leadership skills in complex industrial environments
* Previous Superintendent experience
* Knowledge of costing, technical proposals, and financial processes
* A background in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering, or civil engineering
