The Role
This role will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver sales growth, manage relationships with key accounts, and drive sales volume to achieve set targets.
* Continually identify future growth opportunities, analyse sales trends, and present findings to management.
* Manage daily communications, sales orders, and data upload into Salesforce.
* Support the creative team with providing asset sources, create style packs, and manage external partner assets.
Business Development Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies to integrate new product categories, collaborate with the design team, and liaise with buyers and QA planners.
* Assist in ensuring all sample garments are correct, attend retailer fit sessions, and complete fit and grading reports.
* Identify, develop, and execute strategies to secure distribution for new license opportunities.
Requirements:
* +5 years fashion experience in an account management/BDM position with fashion apparel and/or licensing business.
* Strong understanding of financials, business analysis, and budgetary management.
* Ability to deliver innovative retail strategies, handle multiple projects, and work well under pressure.
* Excellent administration skills, strong communication and negotiation skills.
