Your Key Responsibilities

* Leading art direction for all e-commerce shoots, ensuring styling, product accuracy, and model presentation align with global brand standards
* Partnering with the design room to capture creative intent for each delivery and translate it into internationally compelling e‑commerce direction
* Managing and developing the E‑commerce Stylist and Sample Coordinator, ensuring execution aligns with the design room's vision
* Directing photographers and overseeing production management for hang lay, flat lay, and on‑body shoots with international quality standards
* Leading image selection and post‑production processes, working with retouching partners to ensure accuracy in colour, fit, and fabric detail
* Collaborating with the Digital Team to ensure timely delivery of assets that drive global online performance and brand equity
