Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, providing critical support to deployed Defence systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Skype, as well as experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop and hypervisor administration. Additional skills in XMPP chat tools, Lotus Domino, and VoIP technologies would be highly regarded.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring ICT configurations meet Defence security protocols, patching and upgrading Minerva systems, and managing digital certificates. You will also oversee messaging infrastructure in multi-forest environments, integrate and maintain ICT systems, and manage user accounts.
Requirements:
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Skype, Citrix Virtual Desktop, and hypervisor administration.
* Systems Experience: Hands-on familiarity with XMPP chat tools, Lotus Domino, and VoIP technologies.
* Communication Strengths: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Broader Technical Exposure: Experience or familiarity with Fortinet, Cisco, HYCU, Titus, Liquidware, Ivanti, Red Hat, Tanium, Netbox, Carbon Black, and Elastic Monitoring.
