About the Role:
We're seeking Senior Production Horticulturists to support crop strategy and greenhouse operations. You'll train staff, monitor crop health, and help implement growing programs to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and implement growing strategies
Monitor crop quality, pests, and disease
Train and supervise staff
Operate and maintain irrigation, equipment & nutrient systems
Apply crop treatments and chemicals (ChemCert desirable)
Participate in the on-call roster
About You:
Cert III or 3–5 years’ horticulture experience
Strong crop care knowledge
Computer literate and team-oriented
