We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Clerk to join our team at the WINDSOR HOTEL in South Perth WA 6151. This is a full‑time role where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing all aspects of the company's accounting functions.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts
* Reconciling daily bank statements for various bank accounts and maintaining accurate account balances
* Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Generating financial reports and statements
* Assisting with payroll and tax preparation
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations
What we're looking for
* Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field
* Minimum 5 plus years' experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts clerk role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* H & L, Lightyear and FoundU software experience an advantage
