* Install, configure, and maintain IBM z/OS operating systems and related subsystems (CICS, IMS, DB2).
* Manage SMP/E for software updates and maintenance.
* Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and problem resolution.
* Implement and maintain security controls (RACF) and compliance standards.
* Support disaster recovery planning and execution.
* Collaborate with application teams to ensure seamless integration and operational stability.
