About The Opportunity

NSW Health Pathology as seeking an experience Senior Change Manager to join the Fusion Program on a temporary Full Time basis until 2028. This role requires extensive experience within a Public Health or Public Pathology environment, with a strong understanding of complex system transformation in highly regulated settings. What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Change Manager in the Fusion Program is responsible for leading, facilitating and coordinating a range of transformational change and project activities that contribute to the organisation's operational and strategic agenda. These activities include the targeted State Wide Laboratory Information Management System and associated Projects. These transformation projects deliver cultural change, innovative and efficient systems, policies, procedures and processes. The role is responsible for leading the development and improvement of organisational change resources, orientation and training of change managers and contributing to project change strategy and initiatives.
For these transformation projects and change initiatives, the Senior Change Manager, will consultatively and productively engage with operational senior managers and multidisciplinary stakeholders to lead, guide and deliver client centred solutions which support stakeholder / employee engagement and build readiness for change.

* Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to large-scale organisational change initiatives within a public pathology or health system environment with enterprise-wide impacts on clinical, laboratory, and operational ways of working.
* Formal qualifications in Change Management, such as PROSCI Certification, or an equivalent tertiary qualification relevant to organisational change or change management practice.
* Demonstrated experience in applying a structured approach to change management and project management within in complex public pathology or health system environments, which has people, process and/or system impacts, including understanding of data sources required to support effective change management planning, risk management and execution.
* Ability to exhibit exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking, critical analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical recommendations that increase engagement and adoption within regulated public pathology or health system environment.
* Proven ability to anticipate, identify and address issues and potential problems that may have an impact on change objectives and adoption.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines.
* Capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health facilities across New South Wales which may include overnight stays. A current unencumbered NSW Class C Drivers Licence is required.
