About the role:
Enrolled Nurse
* Deliver nursing care under RN supervision: medication admin, wound and chronic disease management, assessments
* Support with personal hygiene, mobility, meal prep, and daily routines
* Promote community participation and emotional wellbeing
* Monitor health status and escalate clinical concerns
* Maintain clear records and collaborate with clients, families, and care teams
* Commit to continuous learning and uphold clinical excellence
* Proactively communicate with the Director regarding risks or concerns
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in community, aged care, or disability support
* Strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and documentation skills
* AHPRA unrestricted registration
* Blue Card
* Yellow Card
* Police Check (within 12 months)
* First Aid & CPR certificates
* Proof of MMR, Tetanus, Hep B and COVID-19 vaccinations
* Valid driver's licence and a reliable, clean and insured vehicle
