About the Opportunity
Western Downs Regional Council (WDRC) is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Facilities Department. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of departmental programs, activities, and operations. You will also contribute to high-level customer service at our Customer Service Centres and may provide administrative support to other departments as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department and other departments as required.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of programs, activities, and operations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service at Customer Service Centres.
- Support internal processes with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Maintain compliance with Council’s policies and procedures.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (or a related field), or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- A current driver’s licence.
- The ability to successfully complete a National Criminal History Check.
You will also be organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
