Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Support Workers to join our team in Murray Bridge.
The Role
Using a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability. You will be required to work in line with each participant\'s plans, including:
* Individual Support Plan
* Health Care Plan
* Medication Plan
* Meal Plan
* Manual Handling Plan
Key responsibilities include
* Maintain and monitor client support plans
* Deliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred manner
* Build professional and positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
* Work within the established rhythm of service for the house
* Fulfil all compliance and mandatory training requirements
* Work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts (essential)
Skills & Essential Requirements
* Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current Manual Handling Certificate
* Current Assist with Medication Certificate
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Valid working rights in Australia
