We're seeking a Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer to design and innovate solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities
* Instrumentation & Control systems design for multiple industries in the engineering sector.
* Clients partnering: collaborating with our clients to provide engineering solutions at all stages of the project.
* Mentoring & Coaching: sharing knowledge and expertise with junior engineers and graduates in the team.
* Multidisciplinary collaboration: working in diverse disciplinary teams to provide integrated engineering solutions.
* Training & Development: building on existing knowledge and skillsets to further add value to your personal career, the team & the organization's future.
Key Qualifications
You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work. You'll also have:
* A relevant engineering degree recognized by RPEQ, RPEV, CPENG or RPENG.
* Instrumentation & Control systems design experience, Low Voltage design is desirable.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people.
* In-depth knowledge of light industrial and heavy industrial projects.
* Fundamental knowledge and application of key Australian Standards.
