As a Disability Support Worker at Harmony Support Australia, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of individuals living with disabilities.
We are currently seeking several casual support workers in Ipswich, Redbank Plains, and Logan, with flexibility to work across nearby suburbs.

What you'll be doing
* Supporting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
* Facilitating social and recreational activities that promote community participation and wellbeing
* Building positive, respectful relationships and encouraging independence and confidence
* Collaborating with families, coordinators, and professionals to ensure clients' needs and goals are met
* Maintaining clear and accurate documentation in line with organisational policies
* Following all safety and quality procedures to ensure high standards of care
What we're looking for
* A passion for empowering others and supporting people to achieve their goals
* Experience in disability, youth, aged care, or community support roles (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid & CPR, and Driver's Licence
