The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Support Services Officer to join the team. This role will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the multi-disciplinary team across the metropolitan Service Delivery Centres within Operations SA.
Based at our southern Service Delivery Centre, no two days will be the same, as you manage and prioritise your own workload to meet established timeframes and business support expectations.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the multi-disciplinary team which may include but is not limited to:
* Provide support and assistance in relation to the co-ordination of meetings, fleet vehicles, team meetings, room bookings) with internal and external parties
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of client/employee/supplier documentation, including the filing, archiving and retrieval of files as required
* Coordinate stationery, client packs and medical stock levels, asset and facilities services
* Accurate and timely processing of financial documentation including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
* Prepare and update spreadsheets and databases and maintaining data integrity and accuracy
About you
* Demonstrated high-level administration skills to maintain smooth daily operations
* Ability to travel to cover between all SDC
* Advanced computer skills, including MS Office
* Excellent communication (written and verbal – in person and on the phone) and interpersonal skills to deliver a fantastic and efficient service
* Demonstrated high-level time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
* A full Australian drivers licence
