About the role and where you will be working:
As the 2IC to the Chief Strategy, Marketing and Experience Officer, you will develop and execute all marketing, content, media, communications, brand, and experience campaigns for Southern Cross Care (WA) and Southern Cross Housing brands.
A key focus of this role is to develop and implement the organisation’s consumer experience and engagement strategy and a roadmap for integrating improved customer experiences into all consumer touchpoints. You will work across the organisation to enhance the consumer focus of policies and processes owned by Southern Cross Care (WA) teams.
This position is located at our central office in Rivervale with an option to work from home 2 days per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Design and implement a consumer experience and engagement strategy, and develop a change program defining activities, products, and services to deliver positive consumer interactions.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional client experiences and influence employee behaviour to ensure outstanding customer service.
3. Communicate client service experience outcomes with external stakeholders to build brand awareness and reputation in line with strategic goals.
4. Identify new opportunities for consumer engagement and evaluate and implement them with teams.
5. Develop and execute a comprehensive divisional plan focusing on Marketing, Content, Brand, and Media strategy and execution.
6. Lead and manage the Marketing and Content Team to ensure all brand activities, communications, content, marketing, media, publications, and events contribute positively to the organisation's brand reputation and sales efforts.
About you
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, ideally within healthcare or not-for-profit organisations.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
10+ years of senior marketing, communications, and consumer experience roles, preferably with an understanding of health care and human services businesses.
