Project Support Officer Job Summary:
This role requires a skilled and experienced professional to provide administrative support for a critical government program. The successful candidate will work closely with the program team to deliver high-quality outcomes and contribute to the success of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for the program team, including email inbox management, supporting project activities, and preparing reports and presentations.
* Assist with project reporting, data analysis, and research.
* Provide secretariat activities, including minute taking, arranging meetings, and travel coordination.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian citizen with experience in providing similar administrative tasks. You should also have the ability to work independently and manage multiple work priorities within set timeframes, as well as demonstrated success in building relationships with stakeholders and upholding high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Benefits:
This is a long-term temporary role (likely until June 2027) with a competitive hourly rate ($50 - $55ph + super) and full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs). A hybrid working arrangement allowing some work from home options will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
About the Program:
The Tuvalu Passport Uplift program aims to improve passport security, integrity, and meet international passport standards. This program will help protect Australia's long-term national security interests and meet the International Civil Aviation Organisation specifications for passports.
