Your new role
You'll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting integrations across a wide range of ServiceNow implementations. Working within a partner environment means exposure to diverse projects, modern architecture, and the opportunity to influence best practice across multiple clients.
You will be:
Designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Working across REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and custom integration patterns
Collaborating with architects and developers to deliver scalable, secure integration solutions
Supporting end‑to‑end implementation projects, including discovery, design, build, and deployment
What you'll need to succeed
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and platform capabilities
Proven experience delivering integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other enterprise modules
Ability to work across multiple projects in a consulting or partner environment
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
A tertiary education in information technology, alongside ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITSM, IntegrationHub, or similar) is highly advantageous.
