We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator based in our Australian office with the ability to think creatively, run the company's Social Media channels and develop engaging Social Media content.
To be successful you should be outcome orientated with proven ability to drive Social Media objectives and have a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends and best practices.

**Main Duties**:
- Planning, developing and executing Social Media strategies in close coordination with the operations manager.
- Uploading/scheduling unique and engaging posts and videos to the company's Social Media channels.
- Creating high-quality Social Media and web content including:
- Graphic design creation using a range of programs.
- Video content creation and editing.
- Images and Media for e-commerce.
- Generating copy for posts.
- Working across the company including other departments and our international partners to come up with creative content.
- Understanding and reporting on the analytics for Social Media posts.
- Website SEO management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Growing the company's online presence and brand awareness by:
- Building strong relationships with our online community.
- Working with influencers to further grow our brand.
- Promoting products, implementing sales, updating our community on events and etc.
**Requirements, skills and experience**:
- Min 1 year of experience working as Social Media coordinator or similar role.
- Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content.
- Outcome orientated with a proven ability to drive Social Media objectives.
- High attention to detail.
- A strong "can do" and proactive attitude.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, trends and best practices.
- Experience in scheduling, posting and reviewing across a range of platforms
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Articulate with strong written and verbal communication
Desirable skills include:
- Some graphic design experience.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
