Heavy Duty Engine Specialist
We are seeking an experienced engineer to work on Cummins generators. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on a wide range of equipment. Your technical knowledge and hands-on experience with the maintenance and repair of Cummins generators will be essential in identifying and resolving problems.
Our ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in power generation, mining or construction industry with at least 3 years of experience. The successful applicant will conduct inspections, servicing, and repairs on site and in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and filter replacements
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with Cummins generators
* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems
* Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in heavy diesel mechanics
* Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Cummins generators
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
