Duties will include:
Plan, prepare and manage civil drawing packages using AutoCAD
Develop and deliver civil drafting documentation across land development and/or transport infrastructure projects
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and design efficiency
Apply relevant Australian standards, local government requirements, and Austroads guidelines in design solutions
Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Contribute to continuous improvement of design practices and project outcomes
Assisting with the development of construction documents/specifications and construction phase queries
Experience Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Associate Diploma)
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in civil drafting, ideally within a consultancy environment. More experienced persons may be considered for senior roles and are encouraged to apply
Strong design capability in Civil3D and 12D (including Network Editor) beneficial
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment
Effective communication skills and a professional approach
A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
