Role Purpose
Our Strathpine Office is looking for an experienced "All Jurisdictions" Legal Practitioner with a strong interest in social justice. As one of Queensland's largest legal practices, we offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About You
* You must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland or hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate and be admitted as a Legal Practitioner or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.
* Must be the holder (or be eligible for immediate application) of a current Queensland Government Blue Card before commencing work.
* Demonstrate a high level of professional service in all aspects of Criminal, Civil, and Family Law - within both adult and youth jurisdictions, and in the Domestic Violence jurisdiction.
* Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years of full‑time post‑admission experience, resilience in handling complex cases and the ability to develop culturally competent service skills.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have advocacy opportunity in Criminal Law courtwork, plus some Civil and Family Law matters.
You will engage directly with clients daily, honing your advocacy skills within a busy team.
