We are seeking a skilled Sales Progressor to support buyers through the sales progression process. This is a temporary contract lasting three months.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the sales progression process from reservation through to legal completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of properties to customers.
* Act as the primary point of contact for purchasers, solicitors, and internal teams, providing clear communication and updates throughout the process.
* Proactively chase documentation, queries, and outstanding actions to avoid delays and ensure smooth completions.
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to all relevant parties, ensuring transparency and confidence in the sales process.
* Support the wider sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring seamless transitions and successful property handovers.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales progression, new homes sales, or estate agency, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property transactions.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manage reports and spreadsheets.
