This is your opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders to build and implement Transport for NSW's technology strategy.
In this role you will:
* Provide strategic leadership within the Digital and Systems function, where you will develop and maintain integrated technology strategies, roadmaps and registers.
* Develop and drive the divisional technology strategy, roadmap and advisory services and align with business objectives to drive efficiency and innovation
* Develop, coach and mentor a high performing team and function
* Oversee the Change Advisory Process
* Ensure governance frameworks remain relevant to organisational priorities
* Act as the divisional interface with IT, overseeing technology requests, vendor engagement, contract management and investment planning.
* Foster strong enterprise relationships as a trusted partner to support the effective delivery of digital and technology initiatives

About you
You're an accomplished leader with significant experience developing, reviewing and maintaining a HR/Payroll technology strategy and roadmap.
You can identify and implement service and process improvements as a trusted partner, with the ability to lead and influence.
You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a strong track record in developing individuals and high performing teams.
You are highly strategic and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment.
