Duties
- Lead and develop national compliance and probity frameworks
- Oversee intake systems ensuring consistency and quality
- Monitor data trends to inform planning and risk management
- Guide state managers in meeting contract obligations
- Support audits, accreditation, and departmental reviews
Skills & Experience
- Degree in human services, compliance, business, or law
- Strong compliance and governance experience in regulated sector
- Proven ability to embed national systems and frameworks
- Advanced data analysis and reporting capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams
