The Role Reporting to the CFO at the South-East HQ, this hands-on Management Accountant role places you at the heart of the business, partnering with key stakeholders across a complex, multi-site operation where your insights drive real impact. Support the financial performance of a complex, multi-site operation through accurate reporting, analysis and commercial insights. Prepare budgets and forecasts across multiple sites, monitoring performance against key financial targets. Assist in Month and Year End processes Deliver monthly management reporting, including analysis of actual results, variances and updated forecasts. Provide key financial analysis, including pricing and performance insights to support strategic decision-making. Present financial reports and insights to senior management, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Partner with operational stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Drive improvements in financial processes, systems and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy Your Skills & Experience Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance, with CA or CPA qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in a Management Accountant and/or Finance Analyst role. Strong experience working with complex ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large data sets.
