Role
The Executive Assistant supports the leadership of Home and Community Care by enabling high‐quality executive operations that help deliver exceptional care and outcomes for the Tasmanian community.
Responsibilities
* Providing high‐level strategic and operational support to the leadership team of Home & Community Care, including correspondence, confidential briefings, and coordination of complex diaries, meetings and committees.
* Having exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to supporting the senior leadership team in a fast‐paced environment where discretion and professionalism are essential.
* Exhibiting a high level of initiative, confidence and discretion, with the ability to thrive at the centre of executive activity and manage complex priorities with professionalism, integrity and calm.

Appointment Details
Permanent full‐time, day‐worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full‐time, part‐time, and casual vacancies.
Salary
$81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
