About The Role
We're looking for someone to take ownership of one of the hardest and most important problems at Askable: building a global B2B participant panel that is active and engaged – not just bigger, not just cheaper, but better, more reliable, and ready before it's needed.
You'll be responsible for making sure we can confidently say "yes" when a customer asks for:
* a fintech decision‐maker in Singapore
* a small business owner in Germany
* a healthcare professional in the US
This isn't a traditional growth role; it sits in our Customer Support and Delivery team. There's no playbook and no single channel to optimise – you'll need to figure it out.
What you'll do
• Grow Askable's B2B participant panel across regions, industries, and niche audiences.
• Identify where we're strong, where we're thin, and where we need to get ahead of demand – then go and relentlessly solve it.
• Run acquisition strategies across paid, partnerships, referrals, and unconventional channels, focusing on precision, not just reach.
* Own the funnel end‐to‐end: Improve how people sign up, qualify, and take part in research. Find drop‐off points and fix them. Work with Product to improve onboarding, activation, and engagement.
* Make the system work: Build supply that matches demand. Balance cost, speed, and quality, especially for hard‐to‐reach audiences. Turn one‐off wins into repeatable systems that can scale globally.
* Experiment relentlessly: Test ideas quickly, measure what matters, double down on what works and move on from what doesn't. No vanity metrics. Just outcomes.
* Think globally, work closely with regional teams: Adapt strategies by market, audience, and context. Work directly with teams in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to guide priorities and support delivery.
You'll be based in the AU timezone and align regularly with regional teams.
Skills and Experience You'll Bring
Experience growing a funnel, marketplace, system or product and owning outcomes. Strong analytical instincts. Experience running experiments and learning from them. Ability to operate without a clear playbook. Clear, direct communication.

* Targeting B2B or professional audiences
* Experience in two‐sided marketplaces or supply/demand environments
* Working across multiple regions
* Comfort testing unconventional or scrappy growth approaches
