Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing bookings, documentation, and daily scheduling to ensure all shipments are delivered on time and in line with export requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review daily shipping schedules to guarantee containers meet wharf cut-off times.
* Enter new import bookings accurately into internal systems.
* Schedule container deliveries and collections to and from customer sites.
* Ensure import documentation is complete and compliant with international shipping standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service as a key point of contact for clients.
* Coordinate closely with internal teams including Operations and Warehouse to ensure smooth export processes.
