We are seeking a dedicated Newman resident to join our Inventory Solutions team as a permanent full-time team member. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our valued customers, contributing to our team’s success and growth!
Your Day-to-Day Tasks
1. Provide face-to-face customer support at customer sites.
2. Travel to multiple customer sites to replenish vending machines.
3. Maintain close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met.
4. Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements.
5. Strictly adhere to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
1. Customer Service or Retail experience, with warehousing knowledge as an advantage.
2. A strong commitment to safety.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
4. Computer literacy and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures.
6. A current and valid manual driver’s license.
