About Our Reception Role
As a dedicated and organized receptionist, you will be the face of our Mornington home for 4 days per week.
You will provide exceptional customer service, answer all telephone enquiries, maintain files and documentation, perform general administration and data entry, order stationery and manage petty cash.
What You Will Bring
* A strong background in reception or administration.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills.
* Previous experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
Additionally, you will assist with staff rosters and training schedules, ensure efficient operation of the front reception area, assist with visitor enquiries and conduct home tours, and provide administrative support for other departments of the home.
