About the role
Manage a well-established residential portfolio with support from leasing, inspections, and admin teams. Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while utilizing modern systems and streamlined processes.
Responsibilities
1. Manage landlord and tenant relationships
2. Handle maintenance, arrears, and lease renewals
3. Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance
4. Coordinate repairs and liaise with contractors
5. Prepare end-of-month reports and documentation
Skills & experience
* Certificate IV in Property
* Residential property management experience
* Strong knowledge of SA legislation and compliance
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in property management software
