CBRE Private Wealth – Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate (Full‐time, Townsville, Queensland, Australia). The role focuses on the sale of investment and development properties between $1 million and $35 million.
Responsibilities
* Set up for success with key contacts, significant leads, and collaboration with top industry professionals.
* Partner with clients and build your existing network.
* Act as liaison between owners and buyers.
* Conduct site inspections.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to source new listings through cold calling, mail‐outs, and attendance at functions.
Qualifications
* Track record within Commercial Property.
* Enthusiastic, committed and ambitious.
* Adaptable, professional and delivery focused.
* Passion for Real Estate and a desire for success.
* Team player who loves contributing.
* Excellent communicator, able to liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels.
* Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline and/or experience within the commercial or residential property industry is desirable but not essential.
