About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator / Cyber Security Analyst to join our Centre Cost Base Business Unit based at Richmond - VIC. This is an on-site role, with part-time working arrangements considered.
Reporting to the Cyber Security Manager, the Systems Administrator will assist in designing and managing ICT security systems and infrastructures on the Nulka program.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the classified project environment and its management infrastructure meet performance, reliability, and security standards
Planning, designing, and implementing classified project environment subsystems, ensuring they meet architectural, customer, and business requirements
Applying security patches and maintaining cybersecurity documentation
Supporting applications within the classified environment, ensuring compliance with frameworks
Managing network security infrastructure, including SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint security, firewalls, and IPS across platforms
Providing technical advice and support to the business and customers
Developing security accreditation documentation
Identifying process improvements to optimize service delivery and reduce costs
About YOU
Extensive ICT experience, including Windows 2022, Windows 11, VMware vSphere, Horizon
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and practices
Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISM, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current NV2 Australian Defence security clearance
Eligibility for ITAR regulations clearance
