About the Role
This hands-on, commercially focused role is all about curating innovative travel products that align with our brand and deliver results. You'll work closely with management, suppliers, and marketing to bring exciting new offerings to market and drive growth across our destination portfolio.
Your goal? To position us as the go-to travel company - growing passenger numbers, securing exclusive deals, increasing room nights, and strengthening our brand reputation.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Source & Contract Products
Discover, negotiate, and manage exclusive rates and tactical travel deals that elevate our offerings.
* Build & Maintain Supplier Relationships
Work with existing suppliers while identifying new partners to broaden our product range.
* Monitor Competitors
Stay on top of the market - know what others are offering and respond with smarter, more competitive products.
* Manage Product Listings
Ensure products are accurately and promptly loaded into the TourPlan system.
* Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with management to identify growth opportunities, and partner with marketing to promote products across multiple channels - including website content and campaigns.
* Liaise with Tourism Bodies
Coordinate with suppliers and tourism organisations on collaborative campaigns and sales initiatives.
* Train the Sales Team
Keep the sales team in the loop with product updates, campaign launches, and exclusive offers.
About You:
* 3+ years' experience in a hands-on travel product role
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* A commercial mindset with a passion for creating standout travel experiences
* Team player with a proactive and strategic approach
