Key Responsibilities
Leading, coaching, and motivating a small team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Delivering a luxurious and personalised shopping experience for every customer
Managing visual merchandising and stock levels in line with brand guidelines
Building and nurturing client relationships through CRM and one-on-one styling services
Collaborating with department store partners and head office to optimise store performance
Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of presentation and service
About You
Proven experience in retail management within fashion (concession experience a bonus)
A natural leader who thrives on achieving results and bringing out the best in others
A keen eye for detail, with excellent communication and styling skills
Confident working independently and leading a small, tight-knit team
Passionate about women's fashion and creating standout customer moments
Flexible and reliable to work weekends and key retail trade periods
