Personal Care Assistant
Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and empathetic Personal Care Assistants to provide daily support and care to our residents in a supportive, resident-focused team environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference where it matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily personal care and support to residents
* Keep accurate records and documentation
* Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
* Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively
* Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
Requirements:
* Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)/Cert III Health Services Assistant
* Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
* Genuine empathy that shines through your care
* Strong communication and leadership skills
