The Role As a Commercial Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for a clean and well-supported portfolio of approximately 200 tenancies. This is a client-focused role with plenty of variety, where you’ll work closely with tenants, landlords, and contractors—without being bogged down by admin or red tape. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approx. 200 commercial tenancies Handle lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and inspections Build and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships Manage arrears, lease breaches, outgoing reconciliations, and reporting Oversee fit-outs, maintenance, and ensure contractor compliance Deliver financial forecasts and meet key operational KPIs What You’ll Need Experience in commercial property management Current Real Estate License Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle This is a well-structured, supported role within a business that values long-term relationships—both with clients and team members.
