Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management team in the Real Estate environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on iconic projects, collaborate with clients, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Governance: Prepare and maintain project governance and administration documentation.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project teams and key stakeholders.
* Program Development: Develop a project programme, monitor progress, and communicate with project stakeholders.
* Risk Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigations, review, and amend as required to ensure project targets are achieved.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with T&T safety on projects checklist.
* Support Functions: Assist Senior Project Managers and Project Directors with tasks such as cost reporting, program management, risk register updates, quality assurance, and contractual work including procurement and editing documents.


Qualifications and Experience

* A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field such as Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management, or a related trade.
* 1-4 years of project management experience (ideally client-side/consulting).
* Experience in the health sector is an added advantage.
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
* Advanced Microsoft skills, with Primavera skills highly regarded.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English, with excellent report and writing skills.
* Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering to clients.
