About the Role
Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of commercial and industrial portfolio management, including:
* Assisting with tenant and landlord communications
* Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
* Conducting site inspections
* Supporting lease administration and documentation
* Managing arrears follow-ups and reporting
This is a structured learning opportunity for someone driven to grow within the industry.
Eligibility Criteria
* 18+ years of age
* Holds a valid driver's licence and has their own reliable vehicle
* Able to obtain or provide a current Police Clearance
* Strong Computer skills (experience with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/Cirrus 8 - desirable)
* Exceptional Communication and analytical skills. A professional, courteous, respectful manner and attitude in both verbal and written with clients.
