At GR8 Disability Housing, we provide Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) that empowers NDIS participants to live with dignity, independence, and freedom. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing, Events & PR Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of our marketing, digital platforms, events, and public relations activities.

This role is ideal for a creative and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing hands-on tasks with strategic thinking.


Key Responsibilities


Web & Platforms

* Update housing hub, GR8 website property listings, and SDA Finder on the NDIS website
* Maintain news, vacancies, and event content across digital platforms

Social Media & Digital Marketing

* Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
* Oversee company social media accounts and Managing Director's LinkedIn, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
* Create graphics and visuals using Canva in line with our brand guide

Email & Communications

* Develop and send Mailchimp campaigns, including newsletters and vacancy updates
* Coordinate monthly communications with property owners regarding marketing activities and results

Public Relations & Media

* Develop PR and news stories by connecting with participants
* Submit media releases to news networks and publish content on digital channels
* Arrange radio and print advertising when budget allows

Events & Business Development

* Research, book, and attend industry events (NDIS and real estate) with the Managing Director
* Create live content, network with stakeholders, and capture leads for the business
* Maintain event contact databases and support SIL providers with images/copy

Creative & Design

* Produce sales packages, information memorandums, and promotional material in Canva
* Coordinate professional photography/videography as required (in-house skills highly regarded)

Administration & CRM Support

* Assist with Pipedrive CRM systems, vacancy meetings, and lead follow-up processes
* Research and suggest new marketing platforms to support growth


About You

* Strong experience in marketing, PR, and event coordination
* Skilled in social media management, digital advertising, and content creation
* Confident with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM platforms (Pipedrive experience desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, participants, and external stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Bonus: photography/videography skills for creating high-quality content
